Delta, BC – Gateway Property Management Corporation launched a condominium module for their corporate website today granting customers secure on-line access to their confidential documents, forms and operational information.

“Access to information is essential. We needed a convenient, environmentally friendly way to deliver information to our customers,” says Debbie Johnson Director of Marketing.  “Our solution allows Strata Councils, Board Members and owners to access authorized information on a need-to-know basis.”

Gateway’s customers are required to register on-line to request access to their condominium information.  Once the request is received and subsequently approved by the Property Manager, access is granted.  When customers log-in they can view maintenance schedules, parking regulations, building notices, amenity hours and just about anything else that the Council Members or Board Members need to communicate.    

The new module also makes it easier for authorized Agents, Lawyers, Realtors, Purchasers and Mortgagees to order and purchase the documents and forms they need to facilitate condominium sales and refinancing. These groups are directed to Gateway’s Document Centre where transactions are processed via a shopping cart and delivered to the authorized requestor through an on-line link or where necessary, prepared and delivered by courier.
