I started as a Building Manager for one of the buildings managed by Tribe. After being in that position for two years, I was promoted to Property Manager. I keep on growing. This is because Tribe never gets weary in sending me to professional education programs. I am thankful to be a part of the Tribe family. An important person in my career path once told me that the sky is the limit. I just started “walking” and it felt right. Maybe soon I will “fly”. To be continued...
Brian Cooper, Property Manager
Having worked at Tribe for more than 6 years, I can happily say that some of the best people I’ve worked with work here!
Teresa Steeves, Administrative Assistant
I started my career as Receptionist at Tribe Rentals in 2002 and am fortunate to have become a part of a great organization. Everyone is given the opportunity to contribute and it's exciting to know you are part of such a great TEAM! I am fortunate to have a supervisor who values my contribution and potential and has allowed me to expand my role and take on higher levels of responsibilities. Each day is different as I interact with professionals within and outside the company. The best part is the tremendous group of individuals as well as the general feeling of camaraderie that permeates the entire Tribe ‘family’. My experience at Tribe thus far has been excellent and I couldn’t be happier.
Techla Fenske, Office Supervisor
I have worked at Tribe for 1 1/2 years now and have really enjoyed working in the Kamloops office. The people are great and I have made some lifelong friends here. From the one day summer closure to administrative day, the company makes you feel like you are appreciated and rewarded for your hard work.
Michelle Knudsen, Administrative Assistant
I joined the Tribe in January 2013 and quickly realized I had made the right decision. I am able to have balance working here in regards to work and personal life. I feel like I am part of the Tribe family already and looking forward to what the future has to hold.
Shawn Gummerson, Administrative Assistant
I have had an opportunity to work on a number of different projects and each opportunity has helped me grow. I like the diversity of the challenges; there is a new challenge every day and that forces me to be more creative. The company ownership is committed to success and they provide the right resources to get the job done. Tribe's unique approach to industry challenges will ensure that our performance grows with client's satisfaction. I am very proud to be a member of the Tribe family.
Branko Cvoric, Director Regulatory Compliance
Although I have only been here for about 4 months, I have found everyone very welcoming & friendly from the very first day. Everyday is a new adventure as it is slightly different from the day before which I find refreshing. Of course at times the work load is hectic but yet found very rewarding. There is also room for growth in this well respected company.
Suzy F. Pinto, Administrative Assistant
As a new Executive Assistant at Tribe Rentals, I have been delighted by the level of professionalism and organization within this company. Everyone is always striving to do their best and I find it very motivating to know that I am encouraged to contribute my ideas. I look forward to learning and taking on new responsibilities as well as growing my career within Tribe Rentals.
Kandace Dove, Executive Assistant
As a brand new Strata Manager in the Kamloops office, I appreciate the kind welcome by all and the thorough process to help me be familiar with my properties and aware of the issues as quickly as possible. As an owner of four years at a Tribe managed Strata, I appreciate the professional approach of the company and their attention to always answer my concerns. Together, these make it easy for me to want to work with Tribe and expect the best as both a client and an employee.
Craig Moore, Property Manager
I have been with Tribe Rentals now for 4 years and started off as the receptionist. I have worn different hats in different areas of the company and adding commercial administration has stimulated me in every way.
I have been lucky enough to learn and grow more here than I have in any other company throughout my 25 years of admin/accounting related work.
I feel very blessed as it doesn’t feel that I am going to work when I come here every weekday. It feels more like I am going to my second home, it sure makes my life better and worthwhile.
I get to see and interact with dozens of people each and every day and that keeps me going. With the ongoing issues and the questions coming at me daily I get to use my skills in different challenging areas.
Does life get any better??? Not in my little world !!
Thank you Tribe Rentals !!
Shelley Ducharme, Administrative Assistant
Family values are very important to me. At Tribe I am able to balance family and the pursuit of my career.
Eric Coronado, Property Manager
Tribe is a great company to work for. The company provides opportunities for advancement, relocation and decent compensation. I was originally hired as an administrative assistant in 2007, then as a senior administrative assistant in 2008 and then became a property manager in 2011. I love the challenge of my job and really appreciate the support I receive from the staff in our office and the company.
