Owners and Council/Board Members have on-line access to a secure login on Gateway's website where they can view confidential condominium information including minutes, by-laws, building notices, maintenances schedules and more. Owners can access their documents 24/7 via the condo portal by clicking here. Forms can be ordered through the document centre by clicking here.
Yes, emergencies do happen. You can rest assured your building will have 24/7 building emergency services. Outside office hours, simply contact us at our regular telephone number and you will be directed to emergency services. They have the information at their fingertips to take the necessary steps to solve the problem, minimizing damage to the building and discomfort to residents.
